RETURNS POLICY

If your product is faulty/ damaged or are unhappy with your goods for any reason, please contact us immediately after receiving your goods. Please contact our Customer Care Department on email orders@brandliftsa.co.za so we can arrange your return and collection of the goods for you.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from BrandliftSA within 7 days of receiving the product, if the item is:

  • (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or 
  • (b) Not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or 
  • (c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide BrandliftSA with proof of purchase.

If you do not return the item within the 7days, you will not be entitled to a credit of the purchase price. We do not offer cash refunds on purchases but offer a credit note of the same value that can be redeemed on any other product in our catalogue within 30 days.

Branded items cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to sign off on the right artwork and sizes. Kindly request a sample if you are unsure of the turnout of the branded product. Branded items can only be returned should there be fault with the device, material or the product itself.

PROCESSING A RETURN

All goods returned must be in their original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to take back goods that have been used. We are also unable to accept soiled, custom manufactured or modified goods. Obsolete goods are also non-returnable. We reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to a 20%. Delivery Charges are non-refundable

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods returned to us are packaged with reasonable care and attention to ensure they arrive to us in a fit and proper state.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY ERRORS

In the event of us delivering the incorrect item(s) we will require notification within 7 days so that the situation can be rectified, where we will arrange collection and exchange of the incorrect item(s). Failure to notify us within 7 days will result in you having accepted the goods, with any returns following the standard returns process.

All notifications must be done by emailing our Customer Care Department on (or emailing orders@brandliftsa.co.za (Available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday)

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We unfortunately do not accept returns in this instance. In the same regard, we do not accept returns of branded products should the client change their mind on the print, branding or merchandise. It is your responsibility that you sign ou can return your unwanted products to us free of charge for up to 365 days after you purchased them. You can process your free return here.

Goods will only be accepted provided they are received in a brand new, unused condition fit for immediate re-sale. Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in a reasonable condition.

FAULTY/ DAMAGED GOODS

In the event of a faulty or damaged product please notify us so we can arrange your return and collection of the goods for you. Returns mean tears, breakages or any unreasonable wear and tear not expected from a new product. We check all our products before dispatch and should any item be affected from the branding process, we will notify you accordingly and replace the product at our own cost.

CREDIT

A credit note will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the original goods, providing that the return is valid as per the conditions set out above.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods returned to us are packaged with reasonable care and attention to ensure they arrive to us in a fit and proper state.
